Rub N Smoke BBQ is my passion come to life. I’m Kassie Aguilar, a proud mom with a deep love for food, community, and creating something meaningful from the ground up. My journey started back in December 2014 with my first business, Pitty’s BBQ. Life happened, and I had to step away for a while, but in true fashion, I came back stronger, hungrier, and more focused than ever.

In 2023, I reignited the flame by selling family meals from home. By April 2024, I took a leap of faith and bought my BBQ trailer, hitting the road and popping up at local events, fairs, and community gatherings. The outpouring of support from my community kept me pushing forward, and in May 2025, I proudly signed the lease for my first brick-and-mortar location in Tipton officially bringing Rub N Smoke BBQ home for good.

At Rub N Smoke BBQ, everything I serve is made from scratch with love from my signature sauces and meat rubs to the chili beans, macaroni salad, and potato salad. I don’t use microwaves or ovens just real oak wood, real smoke, and real flavor.

My goal is simple: to create food that feels like home. Whether you’re stopping by to dine in, grabbing a plate to go, or booking us to cater your next event, you’ll always be treated like family.
